If your animal hasn't been seen by Chloe for 6 months, it will treated as an initial assessment appointment.
Prices include travel within a 20-mile radius. Additional travel/mileage charges apply beyond a 20-mile radius of Gloucester.
Discounts may be available for multiple animal bookings at the same location.
On performing an initial assessment, where treatment is not deemed appropriate, for example where your animal is referred to your vet, at Chloe's discretion, the fee may be reduced to a call-out only fee of £25.
Whilst it is understood that emergencies can happen, appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a £30 cancellation fee.
